The Discipleship Pathway

Four words describe how someone grows here: Believe, Belong, Become, Build.

Not a ladder — a cycle

It's tempting to read those four words as a staircase you climb once and graduate from. They're not. It's a repeating cycle: a person keeps taking next steps, and then turns around and brings someone else through the same path. Build isn't the exit — it's the turn back toward the beginning for somebody new.

It applies to you, too

This isn't a pathway for new believers while leaders stand outside of it. If you've followed Jesus for thirty years, you still have a next step. Leading a group doesn't move you past the pathway; it puts you in the middle of it.

“Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.”
