How Our Teams Work
Here's what serving at the Grove looks like practically, so there are no surprises.
The basics
Most volunteers serve about once or twice a month, on a team with a leader who schedules, equips, and checks in on them. You'll always know when you're up and what's expected.
Where people serve
Teams include Grove Kids and Grove Students (background check required for anyone serving minors), Welcome & Parking, Worship & Production, Care & Prayer, and Outreach. Every team gets simple training before your first serve.
Safety matters
Because we take the trust of families seriously, everyone serving with kids or students completes an application, a background check, and our child-safety training first. It's a feature, not a hurdle.
