Get up, take your mat, and go home
“I tell you: get up, take your mat, and go home." Immediately he got up, took the mat, and went out in front of everyone. As a result, they were all astounded and gave glory to God, saying, "We have never seen anything like this!”

He carried out the same mat he was carried in on.
Jesus proves His authority to forgive by doing the thing everyone can see: the man walks. And notice who ends up praising God — not just the healed man and his four friends, but the whole room, including the crowd that had been blocking the door. "We have never seen anything like this."
Practice
Tell somebody. This week, tell one person the short version of your story: what your mat was, who carried you, and what Jesus did. Sixty seconds is plenty. Then hand the week's work forward — the person whose life isn't going well, the one you've been praying for since Day 2. Invite them. "Come with me Sunday" is the simplest way to say, let me carry you toward the only One who can actually help.
Prayer
Jesus, You've done more in my life than fix my circumstances — You forgave me and called me Yours. Give me courage to carry my mat in public instead of hiding it, and to say the words "come with me" to the person on my heart. All the glory is Yours. Amen.
