Invitation beats announcement

We announce groups from the stage, and we should. But the single most effective way anyone gets connected to a community group is a personal invitation from the group leader. A name, a face, and a specific ask will do more than any slide ever will.

Everybody has a next step

That's true for the people who will sit in your living room, and it's true for you today. Name yours, put a date on it, and take it.
