The Leadership Application

The application isn't a hoop. It exists for three reasons.

Know you

So the church can know you and your story — where you've come from, what God has done, what you're carrying.

Confirm you're ready

So the church can confirm you're ready for the responsibility of shepherding people. Leading a group means people will trust you with real things.

Help you grow

So the church can help you develop as a leader. Your answers tell a coach where to start — which is why honesty about weaknesses serves you far better than a polished answer.
