You Don't Lead Alone

The fastest way to burn out is to do all of it yourself. The fastest way to multiply is to hand pieces away early.

Roles to share

A healthy group spreads the load: a facilitator, a host, a timekeeper, a prayer person, a connector, a serve coordinator, and — most importantly — an apprentice. None of these require a title. They just require you asking someone.

FAITH: what to look for

When you're watching for potential apprentices and future leaders, look for someone who is Faithful, Available, Involved, Teachable, and Hungry. Teachable is the one people skip past — but a teachable person with average gifting will outgrow a gifted person who won't be coached, every single time.
